Athletes MUST have successfully completed at least Bar Level 1 to be eligible to compete in 2016 RDS Qualifiers. 

Sessions are £25 each for SJI members, athletes must prepay to secure their space.

Spaced can be booked at information evening.

ATHLETES SHOULD BE APPROPRIATELY DRESSED
